Using your gift card

Nature Conservancy gift cards are charitable instruments. Each card is redeemed individually to record a separate donation. They do not combine with other tender toward a purchase because there is no purchase involved.

The recipient visits nature.org and follows the redemption instructions to apply the card value as a donation to The Nature Conservancy's conservation programs. Once redeemed, the funds are transferred and the donation is recorded.

No separate activation is required. E-gift cards are ready to redeem when delivered by email. The recipient simply follows the redemption link.

Through Dyme, Nature Conservancy gift cards are available in amounts from $10 to $500, with preset options of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, and $200.

Balance, reloads & expiry

Nature Conservancy gift cards do not expire. The card holds its full face value until the recipient redeems it to trigger the donation. If a card sits unused, the donation has not yet been made, but the value remains intact.

This is a charitable gift card, not a retail gift card. When a recipient redeems the card at nature.org, the face-value amount is donated to The Nature Conservancy to support land, water, and climate conservation programs. There is no store balance to spend and no products to buy.

No. These are single-use donation instruments. To give more, purchase an additional card.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance

No. Charitable gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. If the card is unredeemed, the value stays intact until the recipient chooses to use it.

Contact Dyme support with your order confirmation. Because these are digital cards, the code can usually be resent. For cards purchased directly from the brand, reach out to The Nature Conservancy at nature.org.

Buying & corporate

The purchase of the gift card itself is not deductible for the buyer. When the recipient redeems the card, that redemption is recorded as a donation to The Nature Conservancy, a 501(c)(3). The recipient may be eligible for a deduction on the redeemed amount; consult a tax adviser for your specific situation.
