Using your gift card
Yes, both in store and online. TJX does not publish a cap on how many cards you can combine on a single purchase.
TJX issues a single multi-brand gift card accepted at T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and Sierra stores across the US, and online at the TJX banner sites. US-issued cards do not work at TK Maxx in the UK or Europe. How to use your T.J. Maxx card
Cards cannot be redeemed until activated. E-gift cards from Dyme are activated and ready to use when delivered. Physical cards purchased at retail stores or TJX registers are activated at the point of sale.
Through Dyme, cards are available from $25 to $500 in any whole-dollar amount. TJX's own registers and website sell cards from $5 to $500.
Balance, reloads & expiry
T.J. Maxx gift cards carry no expiration date and no dormancy or inactivity fees. The balance stays intact for as long as it takes you to use it.
Enter the card number and PIN at wbiprod.storedvalue.com/wbir/clients/tjmaxx or ask an associate at any register. The same card works at T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and Sierra, so any TJX store can check the balance. Check your T.J. Maxx balance
T.J. Maxx gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card through Dyme or at any TJX register.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted, applied to a purchase, or sold on secondary marketplaces like Raise and CardCash at a percentage of face value.
TJX's official terms state that lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Contact TJX customer service immediately with your original purchase receipt; while replacement is not guaranteed, having proof of purchase is your best chance. Treat the card like cash.
No. The TJX gift card is valid only at T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and Sierra. It is not accepted at Nordstrom Rack, Ross, Burlington, or any other off-price retailer.
Buying & corporate
Yes, for orders of 25 cards or more, through the TJX corporate gift-card team. Volume ordering, custom packaging, and invoicing are available for employee rewards and client gifting.
You can buy T.J. Maxx gift cards at face value on Dyme, earning 1 Mile per dollar (and up to 5 Miles per dollar during special offers). TJX cards are also sold at Walgreens, Kroger, Target, and other retailers, but those channels do not include Miles. T.J. Maxx gift card buying guide
