E-gift cards from Dyme are active on delivery. For physical cards, the PIN is the last 4 digits on the upper-right corner of the back of the card. No separate activation step is required; the card is ready to use once purchased.
Through Dyme, cards are available from $25 to $200. Tommy Bahama's own site and stores sell cards from $25 to $1,000 in whole-dollar increments.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Tommy Bahama gift cards and e-gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy fees. The full value stays on the card until redeemed.

Tommy Bahama gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card through Dyme, at tommybahama.com, or at any store register.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any purchase across retail, outlet, or restaurant locations.
Tommy Bahama's terms state cards are generally not replaceable if lost or stolen. However, if you have the original proof of purchase, the remaining value may be voided and transferred to a new card. Call guest services at 1-866-986-8282 immediately with your receipt.
No. Tommy Bahama gift cards are valid only at Tommy Bahama-branded stores, restaurants, and online. They are not accepted at Lilly Pulitzer, Johnny Was, or other Oxford Industries brands.
