Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Zappos gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to a future order. Merchandise bought with a gift card follows Zappos's standard return policy.
Zappos does not replace or refund lost or stolen gift cards. Treat the card code like cash. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact Zappos customer service at 1-800-927-7671 immediately.
No. Even though Zappos is owned by Amazon, the two companies operate separate gift card programs. A Zappos card works only at zappos.com; an Amazon card works only at Amazon.com. There is no official way to convert one to the other.

Yes. Zappos handles bulk and corporate orders for businesses through its corporate gift-card team, with custom quantities and consolidated invoicing. Contact Zappos customer service to set one up.
