How to use your Tommy John gift card

- Add what you want to your bag at tommyjohn.com.
- At checkout, choose Gift Card as your payment method.
- Enter the card number and PIN, then apply it to the order.

Each method asks for the same two things off the card:
Combining payment and partial balances
- Partial balances: whatever you don't spend stays on the card for your next order.
If a card won't redeem
- Declined or zero balance. Check the balance first to confirm there are funds and the card is active.
- Not activated yet. A brand-new card can take a few hours to activate after purchase.
- Wrong PIN. Re-enter the number and PIN without spaces, exactly as printed or shown in the e-gift email.
- Bought secondhand. Resale balances aren't guaranteed. Open a claim with the marketplace, not with Tommy John.
