When will my Miles arrive?+
They arrive as pending once 2nd & Charles reports the order, then become available to spend after the return window has passed — for most stores, 30 to 60 days after the purchase. The exact date shows against the order in your account.
Can I use a promo code and still earn?+
Usually, yes — codes from 2nd & Charles's own site and emails are the safest. One thing to avoid: opening a coupon site on the way to checkout, because that replaces Dyme as the referrer and the order stops being ours to track. Come straight through from Dyme and the Miles look after themselves.
