How do I earn Miles at Appaman?+
Tap Shop Appaman above, then check out on their site in the same visit. You pay Appaman's own price — Miles are on top, not instead of a discount. The order tracks by itself, with no code to enter and no receipt to send, and shows up as pending Miles once Appaman reports it.
Does earning Miles cost me anything?+
No. You pay the store's normal price, and the store pays Dyme for sending you. We share that back with you as Miles and use our profits to fund new solar for schools and hospitals — new panels, not offsets. So every Mile you earn puts more clean power on the grid, at no extra cost to you.
When will my Miles arrive?+
They arrive as pending once Appaman reports the order, then become available to spend after the return window has passed — for most stores, 30 to 60 days after the purchase. The exact date shows against the order in your account.
Can I use a promo code and still earn?+
Usually, yes — codes from Appaman's own site and emails are the safest. One thing to avoid: opening a coupon site on the way to checkout, because that replaces Dyme as the referrer and the order stops being ours to track. Come straight through from Dyme and the Miles look after themselves.
What can I redeem my Miles for?+

Miles are based on the order subtotal and exclusions apply per store terms, which can reduce Miles if an order is modified. Miles do not expire while your account is open and in good standing; an account with no sign-in, earning or redemption for 24 consecutive months is closed and its unredeemed Miles are forfeited (Terms, sections 7 and 8).
