How to make sure your order counts

  • Start with an empty basket. Items added before you clicked through may not track.
  • Turn off other cashback tools. Only the last click counts.
  • Allow CityPASS’s cookies and pause ad-blockers, so the order can be traced back to you.

What are Dyme Miles?+
Dyme Miles are Dyme's travel reward. Earn them at CityPASS and thousands of other stores, then spend them on travel at member-only private rates, with no blackout dates. Miles don't expire while your account is open.
How do I earn Miles at CityPASS?+
Tap Shop CityPASS above, then check out on their site in the same visit. You pay CityPASS's own price — Miles are on top, not instead of a discount. The order tracks by itself, with no codes or receipts, and shows up as pending Miles once CityPASS reports it.
Does earning Miles cost me anything?+
No. You pay the store's normal price, and the store pays Dyme for sending you. We share that back with you as Miles and use our profits to fund new solar for schools and hospitals — new panels, not offsets. Every Mile puts more clean power on the grid.
When will my Miles arrive?+
They arrive as pending once CityPASS reports the order, then become available to spend after the return window — for most stores, 30 to 60 days after the purchase. The exact date shows against the order in your account.
Can I use a promo code and still earn?+
Usually, yes — codes from CityPASS's own site and emails are the safest. One thing to avoid: opening a coupon site on the way to checkout, because that replaces Dyme as the referrer and the order stops being ours to track. Come straight through from Dyme and the Miles look after themselves.
What can I redeem my Miles for?+
Travel: member-only private rates on hotels and flights booked through Dyme, with no blackout dates. You can also turn them into gift cards at hundreds of brands. Miles don't expire while your account is open, and signing in or booking keeps it open.
