Does earning Miles cost me anything?+
No. You pay the store's normal price, and the store pays Dyme for sending you. We share that back with you as Miles and use our profits to fund new solar for schools and hospitals — new panels, not offsets. Every Mile puts more clean power on the grid.
When will my Miles arrive?+
They arrive as pending once LensCrafters reports the order, then become available to spend after the return window — for most stores, 30 to 60 days after the purchase. The exact date shows against the order in your account.
