Does earning Miles cost me anything?+
No. You pay the store's normal price, and the store pays Dyme for sending you. We share that back with you as Miles and use our profits to fund new solar for schools and hospitals — new panels, not offsets. Every Mile puts more clean power on the grid.
When will my Miles arrive?+
They arrive as pending once Loungefly reports the order, then become available to spend after the return window — for most stores, 30 to 60 days after the purchase. The exact date shows against the order in your account.
Can I use a promo code and still earn?+
Usually, yes — codes from Loungefly's own site and emails are the safest. One thing to avoid: opening a coupon site on the way to checkout, because that replaces Dyme as the referrer and the order stops being ours to track. Come straight through from Dyme and the Miles look after themselves.
