About Survivor Filter

Survivor Filter was created following our founder's former career consulting on military operations alongside the US in troubled hot zones. Through these experiences he witnessed firsthand the global water crisis and the importance of providing better technology to access clean water in any environment. He came to understand that water is no longer something we humans can take for granted, especially as it is slowly becoming the most precious commodity on the planet, even more than oil. This is why Survivor Filter was created to provide every person with access to clean, drinkable water in any environment.

How to make sure your order counts

How do I earn Miles at Survivor Filter?+
Tap Shop Survivor Filter above, then check out on their site in the same visit. You pay Survivor Filter's own price — Miles are on top, not instead of a discount. The order tracks by itself, with no code to enter and no receipt to send, and shows up as pending Miles once Survivor Filter reports it.
Does earning Miles cost me anything?+
No. You pay the store's normal price, and the store pays Dyme for sending you. We share that back with you as Miles and use our profits to fund new solar for schools and hospitals — new panels, not offsets. So every Mile you earn puts more clean power on the grid, at no extra cost to you.
When will my Miles arrive?+
They arrive as pending once Survivor Filter reports the order, then become available to spend after the return window has passed — for most stores, 30 to 60 days after the purchase. The exact date shows against the order in your account.
Can I use a promo code and still earn?+
Usually, yes — codes from Survivor Filter's own site and emails are the safest. One thing to avoid: opening a coupon site on the way to checkout, because that replaces Dyme as the referrer and the order stops being ours to track. Come straight through from Dyme and the Miles look after themselves.
What can I redeem my Miles for?+
Travel: member-only private rates on hotels and flights booked through Dyme, with no blackout dates. You can also turn them into gift cards at hundreds of brands. Miles don't expire while your account is open, and signing in or booking keeps it open.

Dyme Miles are a loyalty reward with no cash value. Earn rates are set by Survivor Filter and can change at any time; “up to” reflects the highest-earning category. Miles are based on the order subtotal and exclusions apply per store terms, which can reduce Miles if an order is modified. Miles do not expire while your account is open and in good standing; an account with no sign-in, earning or redemption for 24 consecutive months is closed and its unredeemed Miles are forfeited (Terms, sections 7 and 8).
