Dyme Miles are Dyme's travel reward. Earn them at Valley Direct and thousands of other stores, then spend them on travel at member-only private rates, with no blackout dates. Miles don't expire while your account is open.
How do I earn Miles at Valley Direct?+
Tap Shop Valley Direct above, then check out on their site in the same visit. You pay Valley Direct's own price — Miles are on top, not instead of a discount. The order tracks by itself, with no code to enter and no receipt to send, and shows up as pending Miles once Valley Direct reports it.
Does earning Miles cost me anything?+
No. You pay the store's normal price, and the store pays Dyme for sending you. We share that back with you as Miles and use our profits to fund new solar for schools and hospitals — new panels, not offsets. So every Mile you earn puts more clean power on the grid, at no extra cost to you.
When will my Miles arrive?+
They arrive as pending once Valley Direct reports the order, then become available to spend after the return window has passed — for most stores, 30 to 60 days after the purchase. The exact date shows against the order in your account.
Can I use a promo code and still earn?+
Usually, yes — codes from Valley Direct's own site and emails are the safest. One thing to avoid: opening a coupon site on the way to checkout, because that replaces Dyme as the referrer and the order stops being ours to track. Come straight through from Dyme and the Miles look after themselves.
What can I redeem my Miles for?+
Travel: member-only private rates on hotels and flights booked through Dyme, with no blackout dates. You can also turn them into gift cards at hundreds of brands. Miles don't expire while your account is open, and signing in or booking keeps it open.

Dyme Miles are a loyalty reward with no cash value. Earn rates are set by Valley Direct and can change at any time; “up to” reflects the highest-earning category. Miles are a fixed amount per qualifying order and exclusions apply per store terms, which can reduce Miles if an order is modified. Miles do not expire while your account is open and in good standing; an account with no sign-in, earning or redemption for 24 consecutive months is closed and its unredeemed Miles are forfeited (Terms, sections 7 and 8).
