When will my Miles arrive?+
They arrive as pending once Xe Money Transfer reports the order, then become available to spend after the return window has passed — for most stores, 30 to 60 days after the purchase. The exact date shows against the order in your account.
Can I use a promo code and still earn?+
Usually, yes — codes from Xe Money Transfer's own site and emails are the safest. Miles are a fixed amount per qualifying order and exclusions apply per store terms, which can reduce Miles if an order is modified. Miles do not expire while your account is open and in good standing; an account with no sign-in, earning or redemption for 24 consecutive months is closed and its unredeemed Miles are forfeited (Terms, sections 7 and 8).
