Physical and e-gift cards run $25 to $500 in whole-dollar increments through anntaylor.com or any store register. Through Dyme, e-gift presets are $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, and $200.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Ann Taylor gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until you redeem it.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Yes. Ann Taylor and LOFT share one gift card that works at LOFT, LOFT Outlet, Ann Taylor Factory, and Lou & Grey, both in store and online. The card is accepted across the full KnitWell brand family.
Ann Taylor gift cards are treated like cash and are not automatically replaced if lost or stolen. Contact customer service at 1-888-808-5019 as soon as possible. If you have the original proof of purchase, they may be able to assist with the remaining balance. Keep your card number and PIN in a safe place.
No. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted, applied to a purchase, or redeemed online across Ann Taylor and LOFT.
Buying & corporate
