Each redemption at redeem.giftcards.com converts a chosen amount to one brand's eGift in a single transaction. To use the value across multiple brands, buy two smaller Green One4All Cards so the recipient can exchange one toward, say, IKEA and another toward Lyft rides.

Balance, reloads & expiry
The funds do not have a hard expiration date, but a monthly inactivity fee can erode the balance after a period of non-use. The most reliable approach is to exchange the card for a brand eGift at redeem.giftcards.com soon after receipt; once you have, say, an REI or DoorDash eGift, that card's own terms govern its lifetime, and most partner eGifts do not expire.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Contact the support line at 833-568-8729 immediately. Multi-use prepaid gift cards can sometimes be reissued if the original card number and proof of purchase are provided, but this depends on whether the balance has already been redeemed. Treat the card number and PIN like cash until the value is converted to a brand eGift.
The card converts at redeem.giftcards.com into an eGift from one of eleven partners: Adidas, Barnes & Noble, DoorDash, IKEA, Jamba, Kohl's, Lyft, Panera Bread, PetSmart, REI, or Topgolf. The original card is not swiped at the merchant; it is exchanged for the brand's own eGift, which is then redeemed normally.
