Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Hard Rock Cafe will not replace lost or stolen gift cards. The card must be safeguarded like cash. If you have the original card number and purchase documentation, contact Hard Rock at 1-855-263-3775 to report the loss, but the terms do not guarantee replacement.
