Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Morton's and Landry's gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until you use it.
Yes. Enter the card number on the Landry's gift-card balance page, or ask a server at any participating Landry's restaurant. Check your Morton's balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Morton's gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any future check at a participating Landry's restaurant.
Landry's does not replace lost or stolen gift cards except as required by law. Contact Landry's customer service at 1-888-345-8380 immediately with your proof of purchase. If the card has not been used, they may be able to cancel it and issue a replacement for the remaining balance.
No. The card works only within the Landry's, Inc. portfolio of 60-plus brands. It is not accepted at unaffiliated steakhouses or restaurant groups.
