Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Princess Cruises gift cards do not expire and carry no fees. The balance stays available until it is applied to a booking or onboard account.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Princess Cruises is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and cannot cancel or replace them. However, if you still have the 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN, the remaining balance can still be redeemed online through Manage Booking or through your travel consultant. Store the card details in a safe place separately from the card itself.
No. Princess Cruises gift cards are redeemable only at Princess Cruises -- they are not honored at Carnival Cruise Line, Holland America, Cunard, or other Carnival Corporation brands. Each brand maintains its own gift card program.
No. Gift card orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded, and the cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. If a cruise is cancelled, gift card funds typically remain on the card for a future booking.
