Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Walmart gift cards never expire and carry no fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until it is redeemed.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Standard Walmart gift cards are not replaced if lost or stolen. However, if you registered the card before it was lost, call 1-800-411-7942 immediately. Walmart can cancel the card and issue a new one with the remaining balance for registered cards with proof of purchase.
Walmart gift cards are generally not interchangeable with Sam's Club gift cards. Use a Walmart card at Walmart stores and walmart.com; Sam's Club uses its own gift card.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Walmart carries one of the largest third-party gift card selections in retail, including cards for restaurants, entertainment, travel, and other retailers both in store and online. A Walmart gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Yes. Walmart Business runs a bulk gift-card program for employee rewards and client gifts, with volume ordering and invoicing. Contact the business gift-card team through business.walmart.com.
