Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Williams Sonoma gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.
Enter the card number and PIN at williams-sonoma.com/customer-service/gift-services/svc-balance.html, call 1-800-544-7564, or ask an associate at any family-brand store. The balance shows immediately. You can also check your Williams Sonoma balance.
No. Williams Sonoma gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any purchase across the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. family of brands.
