In the four-star range, Vincent's at the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District is an open-air terrace bar that the hotel says is open to all, weather permitting. Waterproof, on the 19th floor of The Statler, adds a pool and cabanas, and it opens to the public Thursday to Sunday.
At three stars, HQ Dallas Rooftop at the Courtyard is a 3-minute walk from Union Station, close to Reunion Tower. Monkey Bar on 9, on the roof of the Tru by Hilton, is about a 10-minute walk from Dallas Market Center, handy if you're in town for a market week.
